Currently, the custom-made hydraulic integrated system of tire vulcanizing machine ordered by a large-scaled Chinese tire manufacturer has been debugged equipped and ready to delivery.
It is an innovative project that required to upgrade the mechanical vulcanizing machine into a semi-hydraulic vulcanizing machine. This integrated system includes hydraulic system, hydraulic cylinders and pipelines. Our client used to used the mechanical vulcanizing machine for their production lines, which caused low production accuracy, uneven mold clamping force and high energy consumption and shrank the company’s profit. Considering the large scale of our client’s production line, it would waste a lot to replace all the equipment. Thus, based on our strong design ability and accumulated project experience, Yantai Future has customized an upgraded solution and designed semi-hydraulic vulcanizing machines to fulfill our client’s needs.. In this way, we assisted our client to not only saving the costs but also increase the quality and productivity of their products. . Due to the simplification of the transmission process of the hydraulic vulcanizing machine, the product precision will be obviously increased after this upgrades.
Our design made the hydraulic cylinders withstand the tension of mold clamping force and adjusted the pressure of hydraulic cylinders to modify the force, which is able to solve the problem of uneven clamping force on the mold.Meanwhile, our hydraulic system will also provide power, so that it will greatly reduce the energy consumption. Therefore, our solution will not only stabilize the operation performance, decrease the impact and strengthen its reliability, but also reduce cost and improve efficiency to continuously create larger benefit for our clients.
